My view on this song is that its about a relationship slowly and painfully ending. It is ending because the spark isn't there anymore and apparently John mayer feels as though he is the only one hurting in the situation and hes hate towards the woman . The mood on this song is very dark and depressing. This Song should be listened to sometimes, because i think it comes off slightly secular and non christian like.
The most important quality i look for in a spouse is an outgoing personality. I want to be laughing nonstop when i am with him and I want to be able to talk about anything and never be bored. When i am older i still want to be entertained and happy. I never want to be sad when i am around him. I also don't want him to be completely lovey dovey I want a challenge!. But that is the most important quality i look for in a spouse.
Okay well my personal opinion on this issue is that, well i don't think they can be compared to each other. I believe that having a serious relationship could take away from your schoolwork, because you are so focused on that person. Also, I even think casual sex might even make less of an impact. I honestly think this issue isn't put together well. I wouldn't suggest teens to read it. It makes "sex" come off as something that isn't sacred and precious, it makes it look like an everyday activity like sports or choir.
